Leading the end-to-end design and delivery of Zscaler’s enterprise design system, used across 5+ product teams. Design system team has shipped over 40 reusable components and patterns, driven adoption through Figma libraries and documentation, and partnered closely with engineering to build scalable, accessible UI in React. Run system audits, define contribution workflows, foster adoption, and improve system documentation. My work enables faster design velocity, UI consistency, and improved usability across Zscaler’s SaaS platform.

Developing and maintaining a user-centric design system, emphasizing best UI/interaction practices. Establishing design standards for maximum code reuse, scalability, and efficiency. Designing, testing, and documenting global UI components in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensuring seamless integration of design system updates into existing UX design files. Building a source of truth documentation solution. Building contribution models to increase velocity. Driving accessibility improvement initiatives across the product to unlock new bases of customers through compliant features.
December 2021 – May 2023
Built and led architectural decisions for the Shortcut design system. Created and maintained documentation, training materials, and other methods of driving the design system’s adoption. Ensured UI components are inclusive, with attention to accessibility. Gathering, synthesizing and incorporating feedback from design, product and engineering into UI based components.
Senior UX Engineer / Designer at LiveRamp
April 2017- December 2021
5 years at LiveRamp as the founding UX Engineer and UI Designer. Some accomplishments: built a fully-featured component library, templates, documentation, and a reference application for use by 6+ engineering teams to contribute to company’s B2B adtech platform, which (at the time) served ~10,000+ clients. Overhauled legacy UI and greatly improved reliability and performance. Owned Design System tooling including Storybook and DSM tooling to unify design and engineering’s product language.
